The terms of sale and delivery apply to all agreements entered into between Yulsn ApS, CVR number 41 80 09 09, ("The Company") and its business customers ("The Customer").
The terms, together with The Company's offers and/or order confirmations, form the entire basis of the agreement between The Company and The Customer. When The Company acts as a data processor, a data processor agreement will always be entered into, which is based on the current standard from the Danish Data Protection Agency at any given time. Appendices to the data processor agreement regarding the purpose and instructions for the processing are always tailored to The Customer. In cases where special terms are agreed between The Company and The Customer, either in the data processor agreement or in specific delivery agreements, the mutual order of precedence between the agreement documents is as follows:
Data processor agreement.
Specific delivery agreement.

Terms of sale and delivery for the purchase of books from both private individuals and companies are set out in separate terms for this purpose. These terms apply to all books purchased directly from Yulsn ApS, including via the website emailspecialist.dk, which is operated by Yulsn ApS.
