Campaign emails, automated trigger emails, and transactional emails are all created in the same email builder.
We set up templates and modules specifically for you, so even beginners can create beautiful emails with minimal risk of errors.
All styling is in the templates. If you change the logo, fonts, or colors, it automatically applies to all emails using the template. This is a great advantage when you have many automated emails and multiple languages.
Smart modules can fetch your data manually or automatically, such as products, order data, blog posts, and images from your own image database.
With the banner builder integrated, you build graphics with images and text in layers directly in the email. This way, you control the text in the graphics without Photoshop or similar, which is especially practical for emails in many languages.

The Yulsn platform is built on Microsoft Azure. This means you can also have an unlimited number of custom dashboards and reports set up in Power BI, which are displayed directly in the Yulsn interface. If you prefer to create your own dashboards and reports, there are several ways to access your data in Yulsn.
Yulsn can be integrated with any other system, including your company's core system and systems for CRM, customer service, web, app, social media, business intelligence, and external partners. We have many years of experience with robust integrations to SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Episerver, Sitecore, Umbraco, Magento, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop. We have also integrated with a range of other CMS and CRM systems, as well as smaller solutions for pop-ups, surveys, and competitions. All integrations are tailored to the customer's specific needs. Thanks to our flexibility and experience, customers typically use far fewer resources on their side than they would with other systems.

Many of our customers have a quite complex system architecture. We often receive praise for helping to both improve and simplify the integrations between systems, and we often close gaps and solve tasks where others have given up.
Yulsn is a Data Processor for our customers, and draws up an individually tailored data processing agreement with every customer.
The agreement is based on the latest template from the Danish Data Protection Agency and meets every requirement.
The instruction from our customer (the data controller), the purpose of the processing and the other individually tailored sections of the agreement are drawn up in close cooperation with each customer.

We carry out an annual external audit of our IT security and security measures in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Our customers own ALL the data collected in their account in Yulsn.
Yulsn cannot use that data for anything other than the purposes described in the data processing agreement.
All data can be exported easily, straight from the Yulsn interface.
Because every customer has a separate database in Yulsn's cloud environment, it is also possible to have the company's entire Yulsn database transferred to the company's own Azure Cloud.
Such a transfer contains all the data in every table, and every relation between the tables.
Everything in Yulsn Marketing Cloud is configured specifically for your business.
Once we agree that we can meet your business's needs, we offer to do the basic configuration and data migration at no cost.
We also quote separately for any migration work not covered by the free setup and migration.
Any changes needed on your own website, e-commerce platform, app, CRM or other systems that integrate with Yulsn are made by your own developers at your own expense.
We help your developers make those changes as easily as possible, without their needing to understand how you use Yulsn Marketing Cloud as a whole.
We also recommend that you — together with us — draw up a plan and a budget for how you want to use the many new possibilities that come with moving to Yulsn Marketing Cloud. That is entirely up to you, of course.
