In January 2026, Csaba celebrated his 10-year anniversary at Yulsn. It's not a milestone he makes a big deal of himself, but it's an occasion that deserves attention.

Csaba is one of those colleagues you might not always hear the most from, but whose impact you always feel.
Csaba is a backend developer at Yulsn. Born and raised in Hungary, he came to Denmark to study Computer Science at Business Academy Aarhus from 2007 to 2011. Today he lives in Horsens with his wife and mostly works remotely. But even though he's physically a little removed from the office in Tranbjerg, Aarhus, his expertise and judgment are right at the heart of Yulsn.
At a time when new technologies – not least AI – are sweeping across the industry at high speed, it's easy to get carried away. But Csaba isn't the type to jump uncritically on the next big thing. He asks questions. To understand and add nuance: Where does it make sense? Where doesn't it? What are the long-term consequences?
Navigating like that takes experience and perspective. And Csaba brings both to his daily work. As he puts it himself:
"I get that it's exciting and full of possibilities, but we need to look at the consequences from a broader perspective."
That thoroughness runs through everything he does. So if you had to describe Csaba in a word, "steady" and "conscientious" would be obvious choices. Like a strong foundation. Because Csaba delivers.
At Yulsn, the pace is often high, new ideas come quickly, and many colleagues are great at driving things forward and getting them out the door. That's a strength – but only because it's balanced.
Csaba helps make sure we don't just build fast, but build right. That the details are in place so the solutions hold up, and that what we deliver to our customers is something they can trust and that we can stand behind – in the long run too.
Most of his time goes into the backend of Yulsn's marketing platform, which is the foundation of the business. That includes the entire email engine, which matters a great deal to all our customers.
Csaba isn't afraid to challenge decisions if he sees dilemmas, because he takes responsibility for what we build together. With professional weight and personal integrity.
Even though Csaba mostly works from home, he's just as much a part of everyday life at Yulsn as those of us based at the office. He's a colleague you know you can count on.
He's also one of those people who, with dry humor and perfect timing, can make an entire meeting burst out laughing. Always delivered completely calmly and understated – which only makes it funnier.
And delivered in English, mind you. Csaba only speaks Danish if he absolutely has to. On the other hand, he understands everything the rest of us say, in Danish as well as English – so don't think you can pull a fast one on him 😉
Over 10 years, Csaba has helped shape both solutions and ways of working at Yulsn with consistent quality. He doesn't make a lot of noise, but he leaves a solid mark you can feel in everything that just works.
Csaba may not be the first to seek the spotlight. But after 10 years with the company, there's every reason to turn it on. On the Yulsn team, we truly appreciate his thoroughness, his perspective, and his insistence that what we build must be done properly.
